Compilation of photos from a wedding at The Wanderers Club

We had the incredible opportunity to design and create floral arrangements for a wedding at The Wanderers Club in Wellington, Florida, where the couple wanted to bring the charm of springtime in Colorado to sunny South Florida. Our goal was to transport their guests into a natural, Colorado-inspired setting filled with lush greenery, moss, and beautiful blooms.

To achieve this unique vision, we crafted several custom items:

Custom Birch Chuppah

  • Custom Birch Chuppah: We designed a birch chuppah with moss at the base to resemble trees growing in a Colorado forest. This provided a rustic, natural feel while maintaining an elegant touch for the ceremony.

    Custom Birch Floral Stand

  • Custom Birch Floral Stand: For the head table, we created a custom birch floral stand that carried the Colorado-inspired theme, perfectly complementing the overall design of the reception.

The reception featured three different types of table arrangements, each carefully curated to capture the beauty of spring:

Round table with an arrangement in a gold compote
Long Tables with custom arrangement that looks like a spring time field on the table
Head table with custom birch floral stand and tree like arrangements

  1. Round Tables: These featured gold compote arrangements filled with white freesia, white godetia, white campanula, light pink godetia, white ranunculus, white wax flower, light pink spray roses, white standard roses, and white hydrangea. Accents of silver dollar eucalyptus and birch branch sticks added texture, while floating candles in stemmed cylinders and gold mercury glass votive holders added a soft, romantic glow.

  2. Long Tables: To truly bring the outdoors in, we used sheet moss and styled the arrangements to look as though they were growing directly on the table. Moss was incorporated into the floral arrangements, which included the same beautiful selection of spring flowers and greenery. The addition of tapered candles in gold stands with glass hurricanes and gold mercury glass votive holders completed the elegant yet earthy aesthetic.

  3. Head Table: The head table featured a stunning custom birch floral stand designed to resemble a beautiful tree, with lush flowers cascading over the table like branches in bloom. The floral arrangement was suspended overhead, creating a breathtaking canopy effect, filled with white roses, pink accents, eucalyptus, and birch branches. Below the floral stand, we placed an array of pillar candles in various sizes nestled in clear cylinders, along with sprigs of eucalyptus running along the center of the table. The combination of the towering floral display above and the soft candlelight below created a romantic and natural ambiance, truly bringing the couple’s Colorado-inspired vision to life.

With the careful use of sheet moss, branches, and spring florals, we were able to bring a slice of Colorado’s spring to South Florida, creating a magical, nature-inspired wedding for the couple.

A special shoutout to Brianne Ford with Unbridled Wedding and Events for recommending us to this amazing couple. Also for her exceptional planning and coordination expertise. She helped elevate the look by bringing in stunning projections of trees on the walls, which, combined with uplighting, transformed the ballroom into a forest along with the choice of tablecloths and chargers which further enhanced the theme, tying the entire look together beautifully.

This wedding at The Wanderers Club was truly a memorable event, and we’re so proud to have played a part in bringing the couple’s vision to life.

The amazing vendors who helped make this day so magical
